Details of Existing Member / Director change

Do you need to change the Details of Existing Member(s) / Director(s) of your CC or Pty Company? We will represent you at the CIPC to adjust these details accordingly.

The specific details of each Director of a Company are listed on the Company’s Registration Documentation at CIPC. This includes the Director’s Address, Phone Number, Email Address and Position in the Company. If any of this information changes, it should be indicated on the Company’s CIPC Documentation. You will need a Member / Director’s Amendment to process this. We provide this Amendment service.



(1) Contracts and Tenders

When applying for contracts and tenders, the details that you have of each Director needs to be accurate.

(2) Bank Account, SARS and COID

To open a bank account or apply for SARS / COID services, each Director’s details need to be correct on the registration certificate of the Company.



  • A CK Document or COR14.3.
  • ID Document / Passport for the Director(s).
  • All documentation you require will be prepared by us.



(1) Apply

You can apply for this service on your Customer Account and complete the required application form. A Consultant from our CIPC Department will be in contact and process your application soonest.

(2) Documentation preparation

Our CIPC Department will then prepare all the documentation required by your Company for this service.

(3) Amendment submission at CIPC

Once documentation is setup we will submit your amendment at the CIPC and await their feedback.

(4) Company Certificate Delivery

CIPC will amend your Company Certificate and send it to us. Your Company Certificate will be made available on your Customer Account (we will notify you via email) – with additional information about your shareholding.
